Bait 3-D. Official Trailer/Clip/Artwork/Stills/Details. UK 3-D Blu-ray/Blu-ray/DVD 1st May 2013.

Highly enjoyable creature feature from down-under. Everything worked so far as I was concerned, a good cast with believable characters and well acted. A funny and clever little script with quite a few laughs, above average special effects with some cool set-piece action scenes of people being chomped in half by rather large trapped angry sharks.

Shark movies come under the movie name tag of a "Creature Feature". There have been several good Shark films, "Jaws" of course and "Deep Blue Sea", were both and still are always worth watching for your favourite scenes. This goes to for "Bait", as it came as a welcome surprise seeing it at last years "Film 4 Fright Fest".

The over the top and a very far fetched story only adds to the enjoyment of "Bait", as the pretty big "White Death" sharks get washed into a self-service store full of people after a Tsunami. Good fun and quite gory, the prosthetic sharks are rubbery looking but the cg ones, kick ass as they go about feeding upon some of the trapped shoppers.

A tsunami devastates a small Gold Coast town and leaves twelve people trapped in a flooded supermarket.

Amidst the horror the group slowly realises that they may not be alone. Trapped with a hungry Great White shark, how many of them will have to die and will rescue ever come?
